Nearly Frozen Fish Shenanigans (Part 2)

Location: Stocked Pond

Bait: Powerbait Eggs

Rig: Slip Weight Bottom Rig with Floating Bait

Fish shenanigans as promised in this part. Had a fish come off the hook just as I got them out of the water and onto the ice. They were 6-8 feet away and the ice was too thin for me to walk on. I had to use my pole to pull the fish close inch-by-inch until I could finally grab them. Not long after that event, another fish slipped from my grasp and started to slide away from me on the ice. Luckily I was able to get him with the handle of my pole before he slid too far away. It was an adventure.

Thanks for joining me on my fishing adventures. I hope to see you again next week.
