Talking Through the Process

Location: Stocked Pond

Bait: Powerbait Honeyworm, and Powerbait Eggs

Rig: Slip Weight with Powerbait.

The stocked pond early in the morning means I get the pond all to myself once the temperature drops below 60...usually. Today was one of those days. It was probably due to a few factors, like, the temperature would be dropping rather than rising, there was complete cloud cover, decent wind, and a likelihood of rain or snow making an appearance. The results made for a slow day of fishing, but I found some success and spend some time talking through my process of fishing in these conditions.
